Cynthia Catalino
Cynthia Catalino is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice includes all aspects of probate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and the representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries in probate court.
Ms. Catalino is highly respected by her peers. Los Angeles Magazine listed her as a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2009-2010 and 2012- present. She has the highest peer review rating available from Martindale Hubbell for experience and integrity.
Cynthia Catalino taught Estate Planning as an Adjunct Professor at Whittier Law School and she was an editor of the California Tax Lawyer from 2000 to 2003.
Ms. Catalino is an active member of the Taxation Section of the California State Bar and she has served on its Executive Committee.
Cynthia Catalino currently serves on the California Lawyers Association’s Trusts and Estates Executive Committee (TEXCOM). She is also a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations and the International Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
Additionally, Cynthia Catalino is fluent in Italian and she has significant experience advising Italian clients in a variety of legal matters.
